Privacy Policy
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information given will be used solely to process the order without passing to any third party. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data protection act.
Right to cancel an order:
1. You must notify in writing to cancel an order.
2. Your right to cancel an order does not apply on special and made to measure items.
Cancellation of order by us:
1. We reserve the right to cancel the order without explanation or if
(a) Insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered and will not be receiving further supplies to go onto back order.
(b) Unable to deliver to your area.
(c) Incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
2. If your order is canceled you will be notified by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Prices
1. All the prices are net on our website. VAT amount is added at the end on payment screen.
2. Some made to measure items don’t have the prices on website as they are on application so we can’t fix those prices here. You can request the price either by email or phone by mentioning your requirement.
3. We reserve the right to increase prices before the date of delivery, to reflect any increment in cost incurred by ourselves, due to factors out of our control. The customer will be notified at this point and will be entitled to cancel the order.
Payment:
1. Your order will not be accepted and processed until we have received payment in full.
2. All the payments are secure using Protx.
3. All major credit or debit cards are acceptable also you can pay through pay pal. By filing order form you give us the right to debit the named account for the amount stipulated on the order form.
4. We pass the title of goods to buyer upon receiving the full payment.
Delivery and Delivery Charges:
1. We offer free delivery within the UK over £50.00 order while there is extra delivery charge is applicable for overseas deliveries and it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
2. A delivery charge of £3.95+VAT is applicable to orders below £50 for UK only.
3. We offer next day delivery for stock items.
Return of goods:
1. Return of goods only applies on stock items, Special and made to measure items will not be taken back at any cost.
2. If you ordered wrong or not satisfied with the goods for any reason you can return your purchase for exchange or refund. Please ensure that the original packing has not been removed and product has not been used.
3. Goods should be returned in resalable condition and undamaged with all documents originally supplied with the goods.
4. All return carriage charges shall be incurred by the customer.
